Please file the complaint with 311 first: We can follow up on your complaint more easily if you can provide us with your 311 complaint reference number.
Document your complaint: Keep notes about your complaint, using as much detail as possible, and make a note of the date/time of each occurrence/incident. Please include Address and/or Cross Streets when filing.
Collect photo, video, or audio evidence: This can help prove that the violation occurred as well as when it occurred. Please be sure to take clear photos and videos.
Take detailed notes: Have a pen/digital note-taking app handy to write down any information that might be important later (reference number; names, cross streets, descriptions, etc.)
