CB17’s Annual Youth Happen’n 2023 | Paerdegat Park Aug. 10th 10 AM- 4 PM

Dear Community Organization;

Community Board 17 Youth & Education Committee will host its annual Youth Happen’n
Day event in Paerdegat Park on Thursday, August 10, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
We invite you to bring your summer programs to join us for a day filled with fun, games,
food, and entertainment.

To attend the event, you must submit a registration form by July 28, 2023. The form can

Please adhere to the following procedures to ensure no miscommunication during the
registration process or on the day of arrival.

The person listed as the group leader must be the same person who attends the event. If
you need to make any changes, kindly contact us 48 hrs. before the event.
Kindly confirm your attendance by July 21, 2023
Walk-ins are hard to accommodate regarding food and drinks as we cater to the number
of registrants. We ask that you please register in advance.

Please give us an accurate count of the kids in attendance. If you need to increase or
decrease the number, please let us know in a timely manner.
Please request on the application form if you want to participate in the entertainment.
Due to time constraints, we may have to limit the number of performances, and we will
contact you before the event with approval.
