Brooklyn Community Board 7 will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the CB7 Office, located at 4201 4^th Avenue (43rd Street entrance).

Agenda:

1. 783 4^th Avenue – Zoning Map and Zoning Text Amendments

The applicant, 783 4^th Avenue LLC, is seeking zoning changes to facilitate a mixed-use development at 783 4^th Avenue in Sunset Park. The proposed development would include three new buildings of 13, 9, and 8 stories, with 214 dwelling units, approximately 3,800 square feet of commercial space, 2,700 square feet of community facility space, and 9 parking spaces.

Following the public hearing, the Land Use/Landmarks Committee will meet from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.
