- Board of Standards and Appeals #182-85-BZ for 209-211 20th Street – Application filed to reopen and amend the previously granted variance to extend its term for an additional 10 years. The variance permits within an R6B zoning district, a one-story building. This application also seeks an extension of time to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy.
