Zoning and Land Use Committee
The Zoning and Land Use Committee meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 8, 2026 beginning at 6 pm as a hybrid meeting – in person at the District Office, 8119 5th Avenue, or via Zoom. Residents interested in participating at the meeting can register at https://bit.ly/ZALUC6826
At 6 pm: NYC Council Land Use Division Representatives will give a presentation regarding formulation of a neighborhood plan for the C-8 triangle, roughly 94th – 87th Streets, between 4th and 5th Avenue.
At 7 pm: Continued review of the application for a zoning map amendment from R4B (BR) to R6A (BR) and a zoning text amendment to Appendix F to map MIH to facilitate a new four-story 33,055 square foot community facility building being sought by the Bay Ridge Community Development Center Inc. at 9818 Fort Hamilton Parkway.
