DCP – Green Fast Track for Housing Proposed Rule Change
Community Boards were notified of a proposed Green Fast Track for Housing CEQR Type II Rule change. You can read about the proposal at: Green Fast Track Overview – DCP (nyc.gov).
- The DCP Virtual Information Session will take place on Monday, January 29th at 7:00 pm. Register to participate at RSVP here.
- Following the virtual session, our Environmental Committee jointly with the Zoning and Land Use Committee will meet on Wednesday, January 31st at 7:00 pm at a hybrid meeting (participation may be in person at the District Office or over Zoom) to discuss the proposal.
