Community Boards provide an advisory opinion on applications that are presented to us for review. Committee meetings are conducted in advance of the General Board Meeting to review applications in detail. Following the Committee Meeting, Board Members formulate an advisory recommendation which is presented to the full Board for discussion and vote.
