DESCRIPTION:**PLEASE NOTE NEW TIME FOR PUBLIC HEARING** \n  \nBrooklyn Community Board 7 will hold a public hearing on Wednesday\, September 30\, 2026\, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the CB7 Office\, located at 4201 4th Avenue (43rd Street entrance). \n  \nAgenda: \n  \n\n783 4th Avenue – Zoning Map and Zoning Text Amendments\n\n  \nThe applicant\, 783 4th Avenue LLC\, is seeking zoning changes to facilitate a mixed-use development at 783 4th Avenue in Sunset Park. The proposed development would include three new buildings of 13\, 9\, and 8 stories\, with 214 dwelling units\, approximately 3\,800 square feet of commercial space\, 2\,700 square feet of community facility space\, and 9 parking spaces. \n  \nFollowing the public hearing\, the Land Use/Landmarks Committee will meet from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. \n  \nDue to limited capacity\, written testimony is strongly encouraged. Please submit written testimony to bk07@cb.nyc.gov by Wednesday\, October 14\, at 5:00 PM.
