Presentation on land use application for 364 Coney Island Avenue on changing from an R5B District to a C4-4D District property bounded by the north east section of Kermit Place\, 80 feet southwest of Coney Island Avenue\, northeast centerline extension of Kermit Place\, and 150 northeast of East 8th Street\n\n\n\n\n2.
