Sept. 28\, 2022\n11am – 5pm\nBrookdale Hospital\nAuditorium\, 555 Rockaway Parkway\n\nSickle Cell Trait Testing for all\n Blood Donors\nRegister here: https://bit.ly/OBHBrookdale\n\nIf you can’t make Sept 28th\, Our system is hosting Two more on\nMonday Sept. 26 @ 11am- 5pm\n\nKingsbrook  https://bit.ly/OBHKingsbrook\n\nInterfaith https://bit.ly/OBHInterfaith\n\n\n\n—————————————————————————————————————————————————————–\n\n\nCongratulations OBH Brookdale Hospital\nwe are an official\n“Baby Friendly Designation”\n OBH Brookdale underwent a 6 year intense assessment & completion of a Corrective Action Project.\nBrookdale Hospital successfully implemented the Ten Steps to Successful Breastfeeding and is compliant with the International Code of Marketing of Breast milk Substitutes.\nAchievement of the Baby-Friendly Designation is not an easy task.\nThe U.S Guidelines and Evaluation Criteria are based on the Global Criteria for the WHO/UNICEF Baby-Friendly hospital Initiative. These Criteria are challenging\, as they are designed to set the standards for the best possible breastfeeding and support for mother and infant in the maternity setting.
